They have tough residential rights and expensive too. . unless ur already working in UAE, its not worth to buy property over there. . secondly didn't UAE property market collapse few years back??

Do you have any idea what happened in 2008 in Dubai....Dubai is totally artificial economy which is currently booming because of turmoil in Egypt, Libya, Syria, Iraq that is why all the money is pouring in from all directions & things look shinning....

things will change if dubai won expo 2020 thn their will b boost in uae economy and UAE will get separate from gulf region it will b independent Arab state.

If you are not a risk taker then that is not the best advice under the current circumstances. Dubai property market has always been in a bubble of some sort. It has already burst once, and prices again are pretty close to what they were during the previous bubble of 2008. Regardless of whether Dubai wins the expo or not, property is not the best place to park your savings.
But then again, considering the fact that the OP is talking about Irani Rial, it is obvious that he is a risk taker.

It did collapse and it might collapse again if they win expo 2020 but it wont be collapsing in the short run. Just make money after selling it after an year or so.

What do you mean by all time low, waz it not cheaper like 6 or 7 years ago... And please suggest for now, will it be gud decision to buy gold at this time or property in Pk.

still Dubai is very unpredictable and risky too. my uncle suffered huge losses in this property ivestment in Dubai. once u buy its very difficult to sell.

dunno abt 6 -7 yrs ago. . but recently gold was very low and yeah it was in news all over the world. . .specially indian media was covering it as India is one of the biggest consumer of Gold.
