Maulana Fazlur Rehman sahib as a young man was repeatedly thrown out of his late father's room for spying on him for adversaries . This incident has been narrated by Maulana Abdul Sattar Niazi in his publications. Can any one else expect any good from him? Is he a role model for Pakistanis? He is condoning a horrible murder of Salman Taseer. Is that what our holy prophet (SAWS) taught us?
Did he (PBUH) not go into the house of an old woman one day when she did not throw the garbage on him (as she used to do it daily when he passed by her house) to inquire about her well being? It was this act of kindness that influenced the said old woman to accept Islam.
So then why a man living a five star life style, staying in five star hotels all his adult life wants to threaten his own country for serving the justice, at least once. His arrogant speeches and political wheeling and dealing with every government tell us a lot about him. He is one of the main hubs of dangerous radicalism in Pakistan. His self serving interpretation of Islam is being rejected by the general public, as they are satisfied with the hanging of a murderer who blatantly murder the one, he was deputed to protect. Almighty God has seen the justice done according to his own edicts.
