Recycling paper, and then making paper by hand on commercial level..is it still possible to run?

Q1:will this industry survive in this age?

Q2: can paper be made by hand and applied some latest techniques to improve its quality?

Q3: will it be accepted in the local market?

Q4: if the paper is used only to make registers and some basic uses of paper?

Q5: what can be the initial cost of the whole setup?which includes recycling,cleaning and finalizing

i searched and found some handmade paper industries in india which r still running.
positive input will be appreciated.thanx

just a side note.. Your thread title is a little misleading.. you should add some questions mark or some thing like "guidance needed". This may catch some attention then, and maybe someone comes up with some suggestions...
