Are the protectors of Pakistan not humans or what? They are not angels. So instead of blamming the whole department, I think only the wrong-doer should be brought to justice. As for the Navy Jawans, what can they do if they get orders from their superior of that kind. Afterall, the true Jawan is who obeys.
