Govt decides to bring resolution in support of Zardari, Gilani

Islamabad: As tensions between the Pakistan Peoples Party government and the Supreme Court of Pakistan over NRO verdict are on rise, the government has decided to bring resolution support of President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani in the National Assembly session on Thursday.

Sources in the government say that resolutions will also be brought in the provincial assemblies to repose confidence in President Zardari.

The PPP leadership has directed the provincial leaders of the PPP for public mobilization so that the beleaguered government could agitate against the court orders.

The sources said public gathering would also be held in support of the government.

I think their rhetoric against Pak Army and disobedience of superior judiciary has brought them to a dead end. They can delay the inevitable but can not avoid it. If they have little bit of wisdom left in them then should read the writing on the wall. Otherwise they would be signing their own death warrants soon and no one will be there for their mourning.
