NS is repeating what Musharraf did in his moribund state!!!

See. We the People of Pakistan gave the Government power to shutdown Youtube.. And they did, all in the name of Islam. Today they used that same power to siphoning access to Siasat.pk by removing DNS entries. I don't understand why people of pakistan are stupid enough to give such powers to the government and then they come here and cry when they do something that they didn't expect? I expect many other websites to be shut out. So it came as no surprise to me.

People were singing and dancing that they "saved" Islam from a $10 director's short skit movie, they are not dancing with joy now are they? lol. Short sighted emotional log.

It's not the people who gave them the power...

They drive their oppressive power from subservient police, state machinery, and by selling their souls to domestic and international establishment.

No. The power was Voted in the parliament. These are Laws that were passed via votes and referendums. If my candidate voted for these powers in the Parliament I will hold him/her accountable. Why has there been no repeal of this power in the Parliament? Do you know why? Because since now we have involved "Islam" in the argument, everybody in the parliament is scared to repeal such laws. Why do you think Blasphemy Law still exists? Because no Pakistani has the testicular fortitude to stand in Parliament and repeal these laws. That's why. When you use religion you can get away with lots of BS like this. When you have Emotional Qaum you can get away with even more.
