Khan is in Jail , paying the price to persue what was good for pakistan i.e an independent foreign policy and Becoming Popular. But as for now his path to the government has been blocked temporarily by the opposition.

Nawaz shareef , though born in the laps of military establishme drenched in corruption to the core , has been struggling with power dynamics with the general mafia in establishment for a long long time now. His latest narrative a few days ago was bringing the military establishments dirty players to justice. I am all for that , usually when someone is on bad side of establishment they find themselves totally alone. Guess what , this time too he will find himself alone with no backing from other political parties.

But guess what? For the first time in the history of pakistan people are sick and tired of army generals (gallop survey was bullcrap) , PMLN at the moment has very little popularity and if there were fair elections PTI will totally wipe them out of existence but we all know that there wont be any fair elections.

Build a narrative around bringing these corrupt and power hungry generals to justice and i believe the people of pakistan will start liking him slowly. The army establishment will never take panga with two political parties at a time. They are already finding it hard to contain PTI.

Nawaz shareef can redeem himself by uprooting the role of army from politics forever. The question is , 'does he have balls' ?

I guess the problem of elections being delayed is also to do with establishment's deal with Shareefs and PPP. Shareefs want either NS or MNS as PM, whereas establishment knows NS's is the only person in last 40 years after Bhutto who have always challenged Generals and locked horns with them. So they would want SS as PM, they still have IK in prison, alive, and PPP in Sindh, they can still bind a new coalition between PPP and PTI and kick Noon out of the game. So the game is in its critical phase, Noon has obviously Saudi, Chinese and Indian backing, and that is why NS is trying to press establishment and bring them to elections on his terms and conditions.

Noon needs public backing and that they do not have. People are disgruntled with the current establishment and a hot compaign is needed to turn people towards noon.

If PTI is there contesting ,they wont need a coalition. Noon would depsrately need PTI out of election otherwise they dont have a chance.
