if she is listening for the first time how she is talking... my friends daughter have installed the same device 1.5 years before but still she is having speech therapy. I don't think she is listening for the first time... :)

this video looks fake because aby body who liston first time can not speak like this girl even 2/3 days she can not learn speaking with fluency

Deaf people often go through extensive speech therapy. They learn to read lips, and are taught how to understand different sounds through vibrations. Many deaf people have some residual hearing, which allows them to discern speech through a combination of lip reading and speech therapy, and hence, be able to speak with a fair amount of accuracy, like this girl is doing. She seems to be in her mid teens. If she has been receiving speech therapy since her childhood, its no surprise that she can speak so well.
