There might be some truth to what you have written but there are many true Syeds , Siddiques, Abbasis etc etc
Historically many descendants of the Holy Prophet PBUH and his companions did settle in the Sub Continent ..
kindly be more accommodating to the fact that not everyone is ashamed of their Hindu past.
And use their family/clan/tribe names such as Chohan, Changazi, Waraich ...etc etc

Prophet Muhammad didn't have many decedents to begin with and most them were butchered by the Umayyads. Those who survived Karballah were hunted down and slaughtered/or imprisoned and prevented from having more offspring.
Probably 99% of Pakistan's who call themselves Syed, Abbasi, Siddiqui have nothing to do with Arabs.
Statically speaking if you apply any human growth population model, the amount of syeds that we have today in India/Pakistan cannot be justified. A very touchy and religiously sensitive topic- we better leave it there before we hurt religious sentiments. Thanks and much appreciated.
He is not suffering from inferiority complex.Indians always assert that there is no difference between Indians and Pakistanis. There is a big difference between Indians and Pakistanis. Many different races passed through Pakistan or settled in Pakistan eg Scythians,Mongols,Arabs,Persians,Kalash,Sogdians) etc. I don't care if our DNA is similiar to some Indians. As of now we have nothing to do with Indians. Our religion.culture and way of life is different from Indians. Many English people are from northern European origin eg angl-Saxons,Vikings etc but they don't consider themselves German. Why are you trying disown your indian-ness? are you suffering from an inferiority complex? Do you consider indians as subhumans? For your info India is not bharat....Indians have hijacked the name "india" and made it a synonym for Bharat becacuse of people like you you are bent on proving they are outsiders. India is the subcontinent and got its name from the Indus valley and the entire region is INDIA and Bharat and Pakistan are a part of it. If you are 50% tajik then go pledge allegiance to Tajikistan.....I havent taken a dna test...but as a proud Pakistani i hope im 100% Indian (not bharti).....I hope my ancestors are INDIAN from Indus Valley civilization which florished along the INDUS valley and NOT some invaders from some barbarian culture like monghols or turkish slaves....
The problem is that there had been invaders coming in from everywhere and genetic pooling is not a thing of some 1000 or 2000 years. Look at the archaeological finds of Mohinjo Daro, Harappa, Taxila and the areas of KPK, which are more than 33,000 years old. Does it make any sense that we find statues of Buddha in Afghanistan? then how did those people flee to the far east asia from Afghanistan and Taxila?Sorry but Pakistanis are not 100% Indian. Pakistan is sandwiched between Indian Subcontinent and Persian Empire. Most of the time we were a part of the Persian Empires and the rest we were independent Kingdoms.
Our official language for last 2000 years was Farsi. Until British arrived in Sindh in 1842 and later dismantled Ranjit Singh's empire. So modern day Pakistan wasn't even part of British India until after 1840s.
We do not have as much genetic intermingling with India as the rest of the subcontinent because we are separated from India by Mangroves, Thar Desert and Himalayas. The only major point of contact with India is the Potohar plains of Punjab.

The Thar desert or "Roohi" is not something which the old civilizations have not crossed on the camel backs. Moreover, when Alexander arrived here, he left some greek genes as well. Then, for the past 100 years, there had been quite convenient modes of transportation, which have had facilitated more intermixing of races and the past three generations are a result of it.
correctly pointed out by you, infact Mohenjadaro and Harrappa were pre Hindu ( Arya) civilizations and much much older than Vedic history of India. But only a person who has interest and know history well would know these things.A few people crossing the Thar desert on camels is not going to have that much of an impact on the Genome as large armies of 100,000s of soldiers, millions of traders and travelers through the Deccan Plains or the Potohar Plateau.
Its not the physical distance thats the bottleneck, but rather its the physical barriers that prevent a large number of people to cross. Such as large rivers, Oceans, Mountains, Deserts, Swamps etc.
FYI Mohenjadaro and Harappa are not 33,000 years old, they are 5000 years old.

Well, actually, I am quite confused by this theory of physical barriers, as far as I see the spread of human race around the world. Man is surprisingly surprising. Look at Eskimos, they have inhabited the most difficult regions of the earth and have a distinct gene pool.
However, I do like your notion of considering the Traders and Travelers, who also play a major role in distribution of genomes. Whether it be a one time gust of invading Armies or a few decades of travelers and traders across the borders, the results would be the same.
Now specifically looking at the geographic conditions of subcontinent, it is evident that we had a silk route in the regions of Karakoram, which is thousands of years old. Likewise, since the Sea Trade developed for more than a 1,000 years now, the routes from Central Asia to Multan and then into present day India is quite old (Ref: https://www.sahapedia.org/locating-sindh-the-trading-world-of-asia). Muhammad Bin Qasim came here in 712 A.D and before that, the Arabs used to have a trade relation with the Sri Lankans.
Therefore, it will not be quite befitting to say that the physical barriers, like these deserts of Roohi and the Mangroves would have had isolated a gene pool from the others. It might be true in part, but not wholly.
A comparison of your genetic blueprints with that of the human genome shows that your closest living relative is chimpanzee and you share 96 percent of your DNA.
