Re: Front Line - 9th May 2012 - Allegations of Corruption on Laptop Scheme.. What is Reality? - PMLN Leaders vs Students
exactly thats the whole point,
they are such a losers although they were asked so many times they could not explain why they started this scheme.
are all these kids so called on 'merit' eligible to use computers effectively for their studies, do research etc?
they simply can't!! Not possible! even kids brought up in most advanced countries they can't do that either, they need help! simple.
to do most advanced work on computer they need help and training from teachers (they don't even have trained teachers to start off with), how are these kids going to know what they need to look for on computer or laptop, this was a gross mismanagement.
#the first lady(teacher) had very valid points, and she seemed frustrated about this, very fairly, but the o called youth was disappointment, all they were bothered about why some got and some didn't, the quality of laptops and other things.
the whole point is THIS should not have been started, NOT AT ALLL, FULLL STOP
laptop scheme shows the incompetence and limited thought of Punjab government. This public money could have been spent in a better way. I have never heard of such a scheme even in developed countries. Govt in developed countries provide computers or laptops to the colleges, schools and universities who provide those to the students for limited time and take back when students complete their studies, then provide them to the next coming students. This is called management. MLN has just used public money to bribe the youth and think that they are stupid.
