Come on guys. Lets be honest and lets come out of party based and party locked thinking. What is good is good, what is bad is bad. Aaj jiss bhanwar mein Pakistani ki kishti phans chuki he, ab to kam az kam serious hona chahye, jo ab bhi na samjhe wo ya to nadan dost he ye danaa dushman.
Mustapha Kamal has done a tremendous job when he was in office. Bohot se our waziro se barh ke iss ne qoum o mulk ke lie kaam kia. Altaf Hussain is no doubt a joker, and he behave in a manner which might look like a comedy but his workers has done their duty. MQM mein parhe likhe grassroot level ke workers hein. Bilkul ese hi jese PTI mein hein.
PPP, PMLN, ANP, JUI, PMLQ, JI purane ghisse pitte chitroun se bhari parhi he. Jinho ne siwae qoumi khazane ko chatne ke ilawa, apno ko nawazne ke ilawa kuch bhi nahi kya.
Grassroot se logo ko merit ki bunyad pe aage lane ka to sawal hi nahi paida hota.
Karachi ko international standards ke infrastructure se hamkinar karne ka sehra baghair kisi shakk ke Mustapha Kamal ke sarr hi sajta he. Yes, there are still a lot of problems in Karachi which has to be dealt with seriousness, but jo hoa he usko to appreciate karno.

Kitne log he jo dosro ko qasoorwar gardanne ke bajae ye dekhte hein ke mein ne khud apne aur apne watan ke haalat badalne kelie kuch kya he aur kar raha houn.
Zinda qoum ki aik wazeya nishani ye bhi he, ke wo apni maskeeni ka qasoorwar dosro ko nahi banate, balke pehle apne gareban mein jhankte hein, ke unho ne apni duties poori ki hein ya nahi.
Allah us qoum ki halat kabhi nahi badalta jo qoum khud apni halat badalne kelie kuch na kare. If you demand paradise, you have to show that you deserve it, by creating it, in your innerself and in your society.

One of my responsibilities here at Foreign Policy is manning the "FP Editor" e-mail account. It's always fun to come in in the morning and see how readers around the world are reacting to what we print. Sometimes, the reactions can be a bit strange, though.
Yesterday, we started receiving e-mails from readers and journalists in Pakistan asking for comment on reports that we had named Karachi's mayor, Mustafa Kamal, "the second best mayor in the world." This would be an understandable query if we had actually said anything of the sort.

At issue is a sidebar from FP's recent Global Cities Index that names Kamal, Berlin's Klaus Wowereit, and Chongqing's Wang Hongju as "mayors of the moment" who have found innovative ways to globalize their cities. The mayors are not ranked, nor are we implying that they are objectively "better" than any other mayors, but that didn't stop the Karachi city government from issuing a press release on its Web site (they've changed the text since being contacted by FP) congratulating Kamal for being the No. 2 mayor in the world. For the record, the three names are not listed in any particular order.
Pakistan's biggest English-language newspaper, Dawn, then printed a glorified transcription of the mayor's press release by the government-controlled Associated Press of Pakistan as a front-page story without ever checking with us to see if it was accurate.
According to the e-mails we've received, the inaccurate story has been widely reported on Pakistani TV, radio, and blogs. Most absurdly, Karachi's city council apparently held a heated debate over whether to pass a resolution congratulating Kamal for the honor we allegedly bestowed on him. Judging by today's e-mails, the efforts of some blogs to correct the story only seem to have confused readers more.
According to one reporter, who unlike Dawn contacted us for comment, "Karachi is riddled with banners by the local government, congratulating Mr. Kamal for being declared as second best mayor of the world by the Foreign Policy."
We hate to rain on Kamal's parade, and certainly intend him and his city no disrespect, but we simply never ranked him in any way. This entire mess could have been avoided with some very basic fact-checking.

Mustafa Kamal proved to be good adminstrator & mayor allthough totally brought up by Mush but he is the one with whose performence Mqm will fight next election.
Mqm totally failed to deliver anything under current coalition lets see how they will defend this one can they win on past performence of Mustafa Kamal.

Jinko ilm nahi he wohi sab likhay ja rahay hen idhar!! I donot belong to MQM but my family was also victim of 1992 killings.. I know the reality man and I confirmed those all things from MQM Haqiqi's worker who just got free after bail..

Some one should had asked Mustafa Kamal. Why he helped Altaf Hussain's killer, by letting then enter in his uncle Azeem Tariq house , Mustafa Kamal opened door of Ameen Tariq's hoouse for killers, so they can kill Azeem Tariq. He betrayed his uncle Azeem Tariq, who kept Mustafa Kamal in his house to protect him .
Every one is right no one is like Mustafa Kamal, who helped Altaf Hussain to kill Azeem Tariq, and He was awarded with being mayor of karachi. and no one ever asked Mustafa Kamal, why u betrayed ur uncle and helped Altaf Hussain's killers to kill ur uncle.
