Former SHO burnt alive in car near Faisalabad

FAISALABAD: A former police SHO was burnt alive in his car in the Satiana area of Faisalabad on Sunday, reported Express 24/7.
Sources say that Abdul Razzaq Dijkot left his house in his private car after receiving an anonymous call around Sehri time and never returned.
His phone was not responding when his family tried contacting him. A few hours later, he was found burnt in his car near a Police Station in Sadar Sumandri.
According to the police, the former SHO was tied up in his car with a rope when unidentified men first shot at him and then set the car ablaze.
Investigation into the incident is still underway.
Sources also reveal that SHO Dijkot was suspended five days ago.
