The nutrition defect rates in Sindh have been increased, formerly which was in Fata and Balochistan according to health ministry reports.
For the first time, the nutrition study has collected information from districts, with 115.600 homes included.
The UK supplied $9 million for this survey, Sources said.
Dr Baseer Achakzai conducted the study which assessed poverty and access to safe water.
In addition, the study examined the application of fundamental hygiene guidelines.
The study was reviewed by the environment office, Unicef and a third party.
With weight, height and shoulder width measurement, samples of blood and urine were obtained during a study from females and kids.
Smaller children and girls, females and breastfeeding mothers were given a special focus, by tracking their nutrition needs.
Folic acid, iron, zinc, iodine and vitamins A and D levels have also been tested in females and kids.
