Hamid Mir is being skillfully used by PPP as a new propaganda tool against PTI.

This so called journalist hamid always tried to suppressed army and opposed it on every forum from day one, he always tried to get easy fame, these people want the bogus parliment to investigate the memo scandle where even they just started this his fake investigation and the pm and his ministers are already announced the result that memo gate is nothing but a tissue paper, how can they said it before the result been announced? it clearly shows there intention and seriousness in this case, that what they were going to do. We have no trust of this bogus parliment and want supreme court to investigate it, it was a historic day today where on one in the seventeen judges oppose it. i am sure that this hamid has played some role in the MEMO.such a type of lier and dishonest people can not change our view about such issues, we know better then these jeb katry journalists.
I don't think Asma Jahangir is a lawyer:
A court is always a court of law.
She says Pakistan Supreme Court is not a 'people's court'. This is absolutely non-sense.
She says Pakistan Supreme Court is an 'Establishment Court'. This is absolutely non-sense.
On fundamental Rights:
She claims fundamental rights of her clients: Mr. Hussain Haqqani have been affected by the Supreme Court's short order.
It is all over the world a principle of jurisprudence (Article 8 (ii) of European Convention on Human Rights) that Fundamental Rights get suspended if and when you are suspected of having committed an offence or having done something contrary to the law. If you later on prove that your fundamental rights were wrongly suspended, you can claim compensation or another type of legal remedy.
Rule of Law:
It is strange interpretation of this legal term which Asma Jahangir has given. She con notates if a citizen goes to a court to get determined a point of law or of fact, it is violation of the Rule of Law.
Perhaps she lives in a paradise of fools
I think her law degree is 'via bathinda' law degree or similar to the one which her elder brother Babar Ewan has.
She and PPP is politicizing the legal issues
Parliament is a law-making institution and is not a substitute of a court of law.
To the extent of the President of Pakistan, the matter must have been investigated by high level commission and then brought to the Court for a declaration that an offence has been committed or not and then brought to the Parliament for a decision whether the President should be impeached or not.
To the extent of Hussain Haqqani - it is necessary that he must be within a guaranteed access of an investigating commission and the court.
It is a right decision that he has been banned from going out of the country.
This does not mean his fundamental right of free movement has been violated.
His fundamental right of free movement has been suspended as he is wanted in the commission of an offence against the state.
If he is found innocent that right will be restored and he will enjoy it as usual.
This rule is applied every where in the world.
The fundamental rights are available to a big exception i.e. 'if or subject to the condition' that you have not done anything in violation of the law of the land.
Her hue and cry is un-understandable and illogical - may be politically motivate.
Every patriotic citizen of Pakistan will feel sorry for these monopolizers of wisdom and power 'Theke-daars' in Pakistan.

Hamid talks like a school boy, he is a googd observer, not a good analyist, he should not openly say senstive words about Mansoor Ijaz.
Hamid don't know how to use the words as journilst but he is a good story teller. Media's role is also important like SC, then why don't you be a nuteral journlist. You look more businesman, politation than a journlist, Mr Hamid mir.

How come thses people call themselves journalist. They only adopt journalitic ethics and rules which are beneficial for them. Reckless disregard for journalistic integrity.
abhi do din pehley to yeh PMLn k payroll per tha,,,,,, nice twist......... he is frustrated only bcaz if civilian government does some thing wrong they are hanged, but when a dictator break constitution, break half of country, lose area of Siachen, does kargil on his on, accepts someones else war and is responsible of 40,000 people n $70 billion loss, comes on name of accountability n when leaves with NRO...... are they either been asked for their crimes who will hang those traitors??????

Hamid Mir is now turning all his guns on the establishment and perhaps the reasons for this lie in the threats he recently said he received from the ISI. Every word he now utters, including his support for PPP's viewpoint in the memo, seems to be following from that same mood that he is in nowadays. So I wouldn't take him that seriously. Some agency asking some senator (who was not even named) to join PTI , does not mean PTI is TAKING any help from the establishment. Just like the average Pakistani wants CHANGE, there may be elements in the establishment who want CHANGE in the shape of PTI and may be supporting them, I see nothing wrong in that...
