I haven't watched the video so no comments on the engineer
But basic points regarding democracy.
1. Democracy is a myth. It has never existed and never will. It is like the perfect market hypothesis in economics.
2. How can there be democracy when the media and education is in the hands of the few and majority are illiterate? Just think about this; even though it is 100% confirmed that.pmln killed people at modell town and looted plundered Pakistan wealth, they still have a following. What do you call those supporters? Technically the party leaders should be hanged of it was true democracy and the institutions functioned transparently and efficiently as expected

Once Imran Khan comes into power he should legislate following:
1. One candidate one constituency
2. Minimum requirement to become MNA or MPA = at least graduation in minimum 2nd division (no third divisioner!
3. Max term for President, Prime Minister and Cheif Minister = 2 (only two terms in life time)
4. Eligibility for a voter = at least Matriculation.
5.Conflict of interest Law
6. Right to access to Public information by Pakistani citizen
7. Quota should be eliminated in next 5 years, have a consistent educational system everywhere; No quota system anywhere in the country after that - 100% merit
8. Eligibility to be a minister - minimum Masters degree in the filed of ministry
9. Eligibility to become Prime Minister or President - at least Master degree in any field
10. No protocol to politicians , no VIPs, only security, in case needed.
11. one minister can hold one ministry only
