Fiasco visible in the US elections is a proof that Electoral Democracy is on it's death bed and at best doing a dead cat bounce. It is time that the world switches over to Meritocracy as a system to form governments.
"The people who take Politicians seriously are the same people who think the stripper likes them"
they have already started to protest and chanting slogans in favor of General Bajwa. Americans want a Pakistani Style system.

What utter dross and Rubbish Can you give us a simple example of even a tiny Country when "Exams" have been used to decide the setup of their Government from head of sate downwards

Who decides the crriteria of what is "Merit" Who decides what these exams consist of and who can sit the exams who are the examiners and what are the candidates examined candidates examined on. What happens if two or more candidates pass the exams for only one position.........

What happens in a Country where there are many languages, which language do ou use for your examinations
