Dying Alone: Kodokushi, Japan's epidemic of isolation

This is a side effect of the modern economic emigration/nuclear family system. That being said, when a generation of 'Hikikomoris (young people with social withdrawl)' is pgrowing up in an inverted triangle shaped population (e.g. Japan), then how can this kodokushi (dying alone) be stopped..
