He is partially correct. Some diseases are more severe and kill the patient before immunity is formed .
That is why we have vaccines, for small pox. Tuberculosis measles and many others. Which also builds immunity without the risk.
So I agree that over disinfectant and hyper clean can reduce immunity but in case of Spanish flu. Influenzas it’s better to quarantine and be cautious for a year until you are vaccinated and build immunity without the risk.

This chutiya doctor is working on an agenda.
You cannot use immunology for deadly diseases like HIV and Ebola. If you let elderly people and immunocompromised people go out side and get infected by covid19 guess whats going to happen? They will die painfully by drowning in their own mucus...
Sweden does not have lockdown but they have social distancing. They have locked down their elderly.

Oh please study a little bit more the efficacy of flu vaccines, don't be a typical dumb head and think that vaccines work all the time. Just like the drugs they have severe side effects. The 3rd major cause of death is medicine. Now go figure.

Everyone needs to have a mask when they go out with gloves as well. 6 feet a part is going to be difficult but achievable. Elderly stay home and the ones that can work from home they need to do so. Thats the way forward.
Scientists also have too try too make antibacterial gloves whereby if you touch a surface and there is a virus there it will be killed once in contact with glove. (similar too antibacterial wipes)
Also need strong immune system against virus in case affected.

Serious problems with vaccines are extremely rare.
You do not know what you are talking about. Side effects are negligible.
Would you rather have millions of children die painfully from measles or would you rather have no deaths and just a handful of kids with an upset stomach as a side effect?
