Circular Debt and Education Budget

Dear Friends,

I have compiled some summary of the budget figures of all provinces. I want to add more to it. Please correct me where I have went wrong.

I open the discussion among you on the salient features and if these figures in some way would help us come out of several vicious circles.

PML(N) seems to be very confident of paying off the 'circular debt' of more than Rs. 500 bn soon, but I personally think that it might be paid but one can not get rid of it until and unless the electricity theft, losses, and inefficiencies and chain of corruption is not rooted out. If PML(N) has these guts to devise and implement the strategies to discipline the departments.

Yeh topi drama chalta rahay gaa. Nothing will change. Wait for 2-3 months

yesterday, i read somewhere in newspaper that they have received permission from china to use their given money to Pakistan (1 Billion Dollars) for Budjet deficit. China gave Pakistan that money for some different purpose, but now it will be used for Budjet.

I would say figures would not play any role this will be shown clearly once 6-9 months where we goes..........I remember in Last year of Punjab Govt. they pulled all funds and invested on Metro bus service and also Punjab/KPK nay kitnay ka Qarza liye.....do we have figures for that as well.....if you want to give something to your people.....double interest per Qarza lay ker diya tu kiya diya...........also importantly whatever any govt. do they make their people life in good shape.....it will speak out by their people as well and we will start seeing that in public and than everyone will say they have done good so let see Punjab or KPK or Sindh or Boluchistan.........whose public will say good for them...........................

Don't look at figures, look at their performance. Until they will not spend money we can't say anything. Till now these are allocations and announcements the difference will come clear when they will spend money or when they will do some actions. Then we will see that are they going in right or wrong direction. Just wait for 2/3 months everything become clear like sunny day
