I don't think we steragised it effectively enough as it ought tobe.
Thus far only ordinary people are loosing lives including ordinary soldiers.
Our leaders are busy day and night for hiding the stolen money or trying to escape justice.

Because ordinary people are paying the price that is the reason it has not made impact on elites .
when terrorists started to kill the few politicians then they may wake up?
At this time any real democratic country's leader in this situation,would have come on air to address the nation to comfort people and give hope that we are all in for against terrorism.
if leader say to people don't expect what country can do for you rather what YOU can do for the country.
then people will have eyes and ears for strangers or terrorist hiding amongst them.
How many time Media has given prime air time to the victims families by highlighting the gravity of the menace we are facing.
I remember we did keep eyes on Irish people's activities even many were innocent and took no part in IRA but at least they were under the radar.
Although some blasts did occurre but many were foiled too before the astrosities.
We need clean government by the people for the people then people will cooperate.
Not having a messive trust gulf between us and them.
