Asfandyar Wali is full of crap. Hamid Mir sahib my association with him and his family is closer than your fledgling friendship. But my love for Pakistan in general and the Pakhtuns in particular transcends all these familial bonds. In this particular time and age- it goes without saying that anyone who has even the slightest business sense would know that trade overseas can be done without being physically present over there. I am privy to the fact that he has set up businesses in Malaysia, and his newly formed empire is vicariously run by his close aides. I made the biggest mistake by voting him in the last general elections, hoping that he might ameliorate the hapless condition of my people. But little did I know that these so called alleged nationalist would not only prove to be highly corrupt both financially & morally but turn out to be even worse than the incompetent Mullahs who had ransacked us earlier. Asfandyar and his cronies live an opulent life in Dubai. Something that is a tangible proof of his quite rampant corruption. The kind of life that they enjoy there is an evidence in itself that he has accumulated assets beyond means. Look at the unbelievable audacity with which he is lying on television (quite an art)- he knows in his heart that proving something in a court of law in Pakistan is almost close to impossible. With the Bilours subtly sidelined; not that the Bilours are any better; ANP like any other self-proclaimed democratic party is rapidly turning into another family run dynasty. Bacha Khans legacy and ideology is obsolete, it got buried with him the day he was lowered into his grave. Hopefully one day truth will prevail. And I wait for that day eagerly when not only you, but your partners in crime Azam and Haider are given a fair trial in a court of law before the newly emancipated Pathan decides your fate. The only miniscule truth that was shown today in Capital Talk was regarding the Chairmans health. Its true that the failed suicide attempt on him has taken a big time toll on his mind and body. Asfandyar Wali Khan is a coward of the highest order, it doesnt befit our brave pathan ancestry that this guy should be leading us.
