Absolutely and factually wrong. As per Australian law, Dr Haneef case put forward by Australian Federal Police (AFP) was investigated by Courts as well as by many independent commissions and all reached to the same conclusion that allegation/charges are not backed up with credible evidence hence the case was dropped and Dr Haneef was set free. The case ran for almost 10 months and Indian high commission provided legal assistance to Dr Haneef.

Imran tends to exaggerate facts and misstate facts quite often.
