Many times on this site, this video has been posted without the background. The video clearly shows that
First this incident was after the debacle of Bangladesh civil war
Second Bhutto had an international pressure (also from Muslim countries to accept Bangladesh as a new independent State)
Third Bhutto is clearly shown in this video to convince people to accept Bangladesh because they are after all their Muslim brothers even if they wanted to live as a separate nation but the emotions of people were so hurt at that moment that they started shouting "na manzoor" and perhaps also abusing Bengalies. Bhutto was a populist leader who always went n his Jalsas with the feelings of the crowd so in a try to pacify the mob he also abused. This was nothing but a tactical move. We all know the pressure in Pakistan was so great on this issue that Bhutto has to request Muslim countries to plan the acceptance of Bangladesh in the OIC conference in Lahore in 1974 in the presence of leaders of the whole Muslim world and finally this conference successfully achieved the goal.
There is nothing wrong in the video. Only mindless Bhutto haters can take wrong meanings out of this video
