I personally know a case of a very high rank officer in Navy had asked clerical staff to make a bill of purchase to buy a chair for him. Amazingly the cost of a normal satin (saqq wali) chair which we see in WAPDA office or a Police Station was recorded in purchase accounts papers Rs. 12390/-.
That is only one example of such a looting Pakistan's assets by our own Officers.
