We have introduced Fibre on a cheaper rate than virgin and wait for good deals and you will get a good discount.

East London was usually crowded back then specially upton park but we have improved service in those areas and broadband speed should be good now but it will mainly depend on how far you live from the exchange.

Try looking for firewall filters for you wifi router at home. You will find some good blocking techniques that will put you more in control before a general software comes in.
