They are one of the banks if not the only bank who had their accounts hacked and hackers stole hefty amount.
They had to shut down their online banking for a long time.
So, double think before falling for their tech gimmicks.

The very name and that too written in Arabic is deceptive. Innocent illiterate people assume banking with them will be a source of sawab.. Their services and profits are are also less than others.

Agreed i was in one of their main branch the very next day when their banking system was hacked, they were clueless and easing customers with tea, green tea, samosa, cakes etc.
Dont know what happened to the customers who lost their money in the process.
