My 70's generation suffered in real, schooling standard went down to the bottom level, URDU & ENGLISH medium discrimination starts from there,

Now let me re-emphasis when this policy was brought forward, this was a complete package, which could full fill the basic needs of education system, but unfortunately it was never took for the purpose for which it was brought.

At present developed countries have same policy, but implementation of this policy is the most successful, which delivers result, Being a Canadian resident, I have witness this system, their Public schooling is more competent over Private schooling. Here private schools have to make sure, that they are maintaining basic level of education, which is provided by Public schools.

In short, Bhutto policy for education was manipulated by individuals for their own interest.
