Dont tell me after you threw tantrums you came up with this piece of evidence. The people according to this news were protesting against the military operation started by Mushi. They were also demanding shariah. After these protests PPP led government signed a Nizam-e-adl agreement in March 2009. PPP gave the green signal for Swat operation later after Talban violated the pact.

You are willfully ignorant for man so obsessed with "facts". This report explains the state of things in 2009. Musharraf operation was 2 years old by then. The "current" operations were being conducted by the PPP. Although the all-out assault occurred sometime later, the military was indeed conducted limited operations at the time this piece was published and yes the civilians were still in Swat facing death either by the Taliban on the army operations.

Next time double check your nonsense.

Mushi was the supreme commander of armed forces till August 2008. After that winter season started and there was no operation in Swat till the next spring/summer season.

As I said buzdil khan never took the matter to any courts. He could've simply filed a petition against PPP or the army for the murder of civilians. Swat operation was commenced when the civilians were cleared. Similarly people from South Wazirstan moved to DI Khan and suburbs before the operation took place.

No the judges can't order any investigation where there is no concrete evidence to show the courts in the first place. Even Amnesty international complained about no independent verification being allowed in Swat. PPP was in collusion with the army to cover up the mess.

The relatives of the "killed" civilians can be brought to courts by buzdil khan. After all it is his government in KP now.
