False Accusation

This is defined as accusing the chaste, innocent person of fornication or adultery. False accusation includes any claim of fornication or adultery that is not backed up by a proof acceptable to Islamic Law.

The prescribed punishment for false accusation is given in the following verse of the Qurn:

[TD="class: quranquote"] Those who accuse chaste women then do not come with four witnesses, flog them eighty lashes and never accept their testimony. They are the sinful ones. [/TD]

The verse prescribes two punishments. The first is eighty lashes. The second is that their testimony will never again be accepted. These two punishments are above and beyond the punishment that they will receive in the Hereafter if they do not repent. These punishments were prescribed to safeguard the reputation of individual from being stained by those who have nothing to do except destroy the reputations of others by circulating damaging rumours.

In order to safeguard honour and reputation, Islm came with two complementary solutions:

A. It provokes the motivational power of faith and the deterrent of moral conscience in its prohibition of backbiting, spying, and being suspicious of others. Allh says:

[TD="class: quranquote"] O you who believe, avoid a lot of suspicion, for verily some suspicion is sinful, do not spy, and do not backbite one another. [/TD]

2۔اسامہ بن لادن، ایک نہایت اعلیٰ تعلیم یافتہ ( مائینگ انجینیر) تھے،اور بلاشبہ ملت اسلامیہ کی بہبود کیلئے انتہائی درد اپنے دل میں رکھتے تھے،ساتھ سعودیہ کی بہت ہی مالدار فیملی سے تعلق بھی تھا، امریکہ نے انکے ان جذبات کا فائدہ اٹھاتے ہوئے خود، اور اپنے ایجنٹ خاص ضیاء الحق کے ذریعہ روس سے امریکہ کی جنگ میں گھسیٹا،،مشرکین کی کفار سے اس جنگ کو،جہاد کا نام دیا، اور دنیا بھر سے جذباتی مسلمانوں کو لاکر اس جنگ میں جھونک دیا، اپنے سپاہی بچا لئے،اور لاکھوں مسلمان ہلاک کرادئے،اسامہ اس بات کو نہیں سمجھ سکے کہ،مشرک کافر سے زیادہ اسلام اور مسلمانوں کا دشمن ہوتا ہے۔اور اس چکر میں وقت ،پیسہ اور جانیں ضائع کرانے کے ذمہ دار وں میں سے ایک ٹہرے، واللہ عالم با الصواب
3۔روس کے خاتمہ کے بعد، یہ جنگجو،اور اسلام کے نام پر سر کٹادینے والے لوگ افغانستان میں جمع ہوگئے، اور یہاں ایک اسلامی حکومت قائم کرلی، امریکہ کیلئے اسکا خاتمہ روس سے بھی زیادہ ضروری تھا،وجہ ظاہر ہے، سود اور جبر پر قائم نظام،برابری اور جس کی محنت اسکا سرمایہ والے نظام کو کیسے قائم ہونے دے سکتا ہے،اس لئے افغانستان کو ملیا میٹ کرنا ضروری تھا، اسامہ بن لادن،کو میڈیا میں اس طرح بناکے پیش کیا گیا جیسے وہ نہ جانے کتنی قوت کا مالک ہے،
اسکے نام سے تنظیمیں قائم کی گئیں اور اسکی تلاش کے نام سے افغانستان میں چڑھائی کردی گئی،
4۔اسامہ پہلے ہی فوت ہوچکے تھے، پھر ایبٹ آباد میں یہ کیا ڈرامہ تھا،،میرا ذاتی اندازہ ہے کہ پاکستان کی کسی بہت ہی سمجھدارایجنسی کو یہ اندازہ ہوگیا تھا کہ امریکہ سے جان چھٹانے کیلئے اسکے بنیادی کاز کو دنیا کے آگے مکمل دکھانا ضروری ہے، اسکے لئے اسامہ بن لادن کی ہلاکت ضروری تھی،لگتا ہے پاکستانی ایجنسیوں نے امریکہ کو بہت خوبی سے ،خود اسکے ہی ہاتھوں
اسکے مشن کے تابوت میں آخری کیل لگاتے ہوئے دنیا کو دکھا دیا، ظاہر ہے اسکے بعد امریکہ کے پاس افغانستان میں رکے رہنے کا کوئی جواز نہیں بچا،،اور خود امریکہ میں حکومت پر افغان جنگ سے باہر آنے کیلئے دباؤ بڑھ گیا، اور آخر کار اسے اپنی واپسی کا اعلان کرنا ہی پڑا،،
جہاں تک اسامہ بن لادن کا تعلق ہے ،مسلمان اسے پسند کرتے ہیں مگر اسکی وجہ یہ نہیں کہ وہ کوئی ولی تھے، بلکہ وجہ یہ ہے کہ وہ امریکہ کی مسلمان دشمنی کے خلاف ،مسلمانوں کی جدوجہد کا ایک نشان بن گئے تھے،،اگرچہ انکے امریکہ سے تعلقات مشکوک ہی ہیں
اسامہ ،امریکی استعمار میں استعمال کئے گئے ایک مہرے کی طرح زندہ رہے، جس طرح اپنے اپنے وقت پر اور بہت سے،،مثلا شہنشاہ ایران،صدام حسین،ضیاء الحق،سعودی شہنشاہیت، شرق اوسط کے امیر،لبنان میں متحارب گروہ،ٹونی بلیر، پرویز مشرف،اور اس جیسے بہت سے اس لئے،اب جبکہ اسامہ کی کہانی ختم ہوچکی ہے اس پر بحث کرنا وقت ضائع کرنے کے علاوہ اور کچھ نہیں ہے
انسانی عقل کا ایک پیمانہ یہ ہے کہ وہ اپنے آپ سے کسقدر صحیح واقف ہے
