There is no harm in accepting the fact :We did support lashkar and other militants in kashmir...I saw so many donations boxes with names of these organizations..We did manage to carryout many attacks in 90's and early 2000 ;get away with it...We do remember that 2001-2 stand off...
We never stopped supporting them but mumbai attack was totally planned from our side with some rogue elements of agency(may be our agency supported it to teach them a lesson)...Our national security advisor was fired once he accepted it ..Geo tv rightly gave the news but after that there was a big cover up and no one was allowed to visit the village....

Lastly we must learn from our mistakes and stop indulging in these things...Majority of you wont know that few of jews were killed in the attack and 2 pakistani american(canadian) paid the role of plotter for this attack,being tried in united states.....
they have even accepted the role of ISI....

I feel our agency doesnt do something again and get caught red handed....USA is already not our side and they wont mind banning isi and freezing its asset...
that will be more shame than laden,our credibility will go to 0 and all credit ratings,banks,companies will leave pakistan.............

Funny how just because Ajmal Kasab said 'bhagwan' when he looks obviously in pain from his injuries, is emotionally in shock, and probably drugged with some sedative to start talking, is supposed to make him a 'hindu'.

I have heard people argue that his accent is not Pakistani....lol the fellow is from Okara District, and is a pure deyhati. His Urdu accent is VERY SIMILAR to what I have heard Seraiki villagers speak Urdu from places like Vehari, Khanewal, Dunyapur etc. And bear in mind, half of Okara district (at least some villages) speaks Seraiki!

Then we have Zaid Hamid saying just because he looks dark and has some band on his wrist, he is supposed to be a Hindu. Hey Zaid Mard-e-Momin Hamid, ever heard of the term 'DISGUISE'??

CHICAGO: In his last surveillance trip to India before 26/11, terror accused David C Headley, at the instruction of his Pakistani handler Major Iqbal, bought 15 red bracelets to be worn by the attackers so that they could disguise themselves as Hindus, state unsealed court documents in the US.

In July 2008, Headley returned to Mumbai for the fifth time to carry out instructions and surveillance activities, during which he conducted surveillance of a number of locations, including the Taj Mahal hotel, Trident, Leopold Caf, Chabad House, the train station and various potential landing sites. Headley also visited a temple where he purchased approximately 15 red bracelets, the court documents said. Headley told the US court that he took several videos of the Taj.

While Headley was performing this final surveillance before the Mumbai attack, Major Iqbal attempted to contact Headley through terror co-accused Tahawwur Hussein Rana and obtain a status on his efforts, the court it said. Once his surveillance was completed, Headley returned to Pakistan and gave Sajid Mir the GPS device so that its contents could be downloaded.


"Headley gave Sajid the approximately 15 red bracelets he had purchased and recommended that the attackers wear the bracelets during the attack in order to disguise themselves. Once the GPS was downloaded, Headley kept possession of it. Headley also met with Major Iqbal, and again debriefed him not only on what he had done, but also his discussions with Lashkar leaders," the documents said.

Federal prosecutors said from July to November 2008, Headley met with Lashkar leaders, including Sajid and Abu Qahafa, several times and learned additional details regarding the planning of the attacks. "Sajid discussed ways the attackers could rob the jewellery store in the Taj Mahal hotel and how those stolen items could be taken out of Mumbai and sold," they said.

Sajid stated that Zaki ur Rehman Lakhvi of the LeT planned the Mumbai attack and wanted to control all aspects of the assault. Sajid explained to Headley that the attackers - who were referred to as the 'boys' - were training in a camp in Pakistan under Sajid and Abu Qahafa's supervision.

Sajid told Headley that they were training 12 attackers, but only planned to use 10. As a part of their training, Sajid told Headley that the attackers were being taught to swim and given nautical training.
