JInnah wanted what iqbal thought but he had to employ a mechanism to get it. Ideological basis and practical realities are mainly impossible to match but you try to do your best.
Ghamdi sb has some ideas but has no real solid basis for them to be able to explain them properly. Is it not a reality that iqbal brought jinnah back into picture of indian politics after he left india and settled down in britian?
What was the ideology of iqbal has ghamdi sb any idea about it? The idea of iqbal was islam is a deen not a mazhab. Does ghamdi know what is the difference between deen of islam and mazhab? Not that I know of. According to him parwez misinterpreted the Quran by basing it on study of language. Does he know the fact that human language is the foundation of human understanding of all things? If one has no idea about origin and development of human language then one can never understand anything properly because then one has no solid foundation to base anything upon.
Iqbal realised these things and because parwez asked him how to study the quran and he told him so pawez ended up studying the quran that way which is the only right way to learn about deen of islam properly.
No mullah or mullah follower can know deen of islam until and unless one follows this way of learning about the quran and deen of islam.
This is why iqbal said if islam is a deen then it needs its own piece of land to be implemented in so that islam could be seen as a real world reality. This was the ideology behind the creation of pakistan. The reason was not so that people who claim to be muslims could have a country to themselves but to have a country which they build on basis of deen of islam and show the world a model of deen of islam in reality. The reason was so that people in the world thereby turn to deen of islam and a human brotherhood comes about worldwide. So creation of pakistan was not the ultimate objective as ghamdi puts it but to show people of the world what deen of islam is and who are true muslims.
It is precisely because muslims of pakistan failed to bring about the pakistan iqbal and jinnah wanted that things are the way they are in pakistan. The day mullahs, money lenders, rulers, their touts, supporters and followers start understanding what deen of islam is things will change for the better. Not only for people in pakistan but also for mankind throughout the world.
People who have no idea what deen of islam in actual fact is should first find out and then talk about it not otherwise but people do what they should not be doing. One will find ample information about the Quran, deen of Islam and Pakistan HERE and HERE.
