بدھ کی صبح بھی ایک اعلامیہ جاری ہوا جس کے مطابق اب کشمیر میں ڈومیسائل (شہریت) کا نیا قانون نافذ ہوگا اور اُس کی رُو سے سرکاری محکموں میں چپڑاسی، خاکروب، نچلی سطح کے کلرک، پولیس کانسٹیبل وغیرہ چوتھے درجے کے عہدوں کو کشمیریوں کے لیے مخصوص کیا گیا ہے جبکہ گیزیٹِڈ عہدوں کے لیے پورے انڈیا سے اُمیدوار نوکریوں کے اہل ہوں گے۔ مبصرین کے نزدیک یہ گویا 70 لاکھ کشمیریوں کو 130 کروڑ لوگوں کے سمندر میں غرق کرنے کے مترادف ہے۔

what is wrong ? all indians including kashmiris are free to get job in any where india , a lot of kashmiris are working in north indian states as clerk, peon , officer and doing all sorts of businesses all over india .
