Its more of an insult of the caller and honor of Nusrat Javed. The caller was coward enough to disconnect the call right after the sentence, no courage to face the response. Nusrat dealt it with a slash ignore which was just thumbs up

How to you know he has disconnected? This was TV producer who disconnected the call after listing "Chawlay"..... This is their courage that they can't listen any criticism and the daily bases they are uttering rubbish against others.

Bhai...i have heard this word so many times...Chawalay...but never understood it...can some of my Punjabi..brother explain this....In other words does it mean..." Bukk Bukk naa keraay"..yaa Bull Shitt naa kerray

BS is little more closer, but only a little...........actually this word has many connotations depending on the context, any aspect can be main meaning of the user, It is hard to translate it but I try to suggest some adjectives for u which all are in this one word in my understanding which other people can, of course, modify: (it's root is Chawal which essentially is a person and can mean any or all of the followings)

Useless, stupid, idiot, moron, time waster (of others with his/her meaningless crap), senseless/crap-talker, etc. ........the funny thing is that the word can be used to ridicule botha person's appearance as well as mental capabilities
