Thieves head the corridors of power and thieves are telling other thieves that they should get together and make sure the rats whose tails are showing, should ensure that they are not visible. They can change their looks but a rat leaves his droppings where ever it goes, for the fear of the cat loosens it bowels.
Look around where ever you go,the rats have spread their droppings everywhere and the plague of corruption is spreading in the entire country.
