Just checked, I sent over 3 million pkr to pakistan since July 2020 through regular banking channels.
In 2018, I had to travel to pakistan for 2 days to vote for PTI.
I was willing to travel again if assholes in opposition somehow had got successful in keeping us from voting online.

PTI lost because PMLN is good at managing one or two constituencies but during general election they need support of Generals.

Let's assume there are two teams playing. One team is following all the cricket rules where as other is not and even bribed empire. Should the other team keep observing cricket rules and get defeated or pay the other team in same currency.
For the 2nd option my suggestion is not to goto Pakistan and use 50% of expenses of ur travel to buy votes for PTI. Despite PMLN and PPP are good at buying people but can't have money which we overseas Pakistani can spend?

Hum bhi Pakistan mein bare lazy thay. Koi job nahi ki thi, sirf parhai ki thi aur sari zindagi cricket kheli thi. Lekin jab bahir aaye tou pata chala keh tough life kya hoti hai. Bahir aa kar kai saal seven days a week dou dou jobs ki. Apne aap ko bi support kiya aur Pakistan mein family ko bhi.
Alhamdulillah well settled now & also play a very good role in Pakistan’s economy through investment & remittances.

Exactly, our parents spoon feed us. In my case this spoon feeding was till I reached the age of 24.
It was new thing for me that when a student works a certain number of hours in a week will get a 2-3 credit hours towards high school diploma which is equivalent to our FA/FSc. As a Pakistani I couldn't realize the advantage of this until I experienced through my own kids. My kids were very shy until they start working part time as student.
The reason first world and us is that when we start earning after completing education which is 21-24years old where as a first world person start earning from the age of 16. This means first world kids have already 6-8 years head start than us.
Most of the Sikh living in my city do their business where as Pakistani likes 8-5 job. In Canada the 2nd largest religion is Islam.
Muslims in Canada are over one millions whereas the population of Sikh is close to 450K.

Muslim: 13
In Canada MLA are like our MPA and MP is like our MNA.
The Max Salary of an Engineer in Canada is not over 150K per year whereas an average Plumber is making over 300K a year.

Alhamdulillah I have never supported Zardari / Nawaz Haram Tabbar. I was not into politics until 2006 when I saw Imran Khan the great in a talkshow. After that I was hooked with PTI and never left
I had never voted these idiots but was considered Ganjas better than Zardari Tola because they are good in acting and in portraying as VERY POISE and NOBLE as compared to Zardari Tola.
It was due to that we had no social media and the main media was not that mature..

Well, Your Mom is a real patriotic person . I only asked you that question since you were inferencing that since you send 3 lac to Pakistan every month , you must be given a right to vote. Which is sort of insulting . Think that IMF always give money, some in the form of loans and other in the form of grant. What if the IMF ask to be given right to vote to elect the Government representatives ? You would have definitely get pissed. Sending money to your families is not a certificate to automatically gain the right to vote. Its the allegiance to the state , by the residents of the state , to choice to vote those who can set laws on the land where the residents are living . I hope this will help.
