IsI will break India into piecesISI meddling in politics destroyed our democracy
ISI beat terrorism in Pakistan after creating it.
ISI didn't know Osama was living in abottabad for years until American secretly came and embarrassed Pakistan
ISI was part of all 4 military coups despite the fact they were unconstitutional.
ISI helped get Raymond Davis out of Pakistan after he killed 3 Pakistani citizens.
.................
So I don't what is so special about this organization, when it has been a failure at all levels. We need a full audit of the ISI.

Good idea, while we are at it,
Why not demand the audit of CIA on international forums (though we are not Americans but are direct affectees of it, to jog your memory name of Raymond Davis should be enough) which caused upheaval in all opposing countries no matter what the cost is dying children, trillion dollars of debt, etc.
Raw, Musad , MI6, etc all of their operations should be public? According to your logic.

I am not against accountability, but who would do this? Current NAB, Judiciary without compromising their effectiveness? Do you really think the security situation could have improved without their efforts? Yes, they were responsible for the mess in the first place they are trying to clean that mess up, so let them. Make our civilian institutions trustworthy no matter who intervene as our life depends on it, Army intervention is just an excuse used by our leaders to cover their own wrongdoings. Then talk about the audit of ISI. We can not do audit of the judiciary, media and other civilian institutions how you can ask for an audit of ISI which is under Army, Whose bosses, generals think themselves as unaccountable.CIA is audited as their budget is included in the national budget. Plus, CIA doesn't manipulate their own political system like ISI do. U.S did not have martial law since the country was formed. And no operations are not made public, but not without President's approval.

1. ISI did not meddle in politics. Last martial law was from Army Chief who disposed off ghaddar Nawaz because he ordered Army Chief plane to not be allowed to land in Pakistan.ISI meddling in politics destroyed our democracy

ZA Bhutto created a Political Cell in ISI directly under PM and PMO - It worked for decades - GIK asked ISI to distribute funds from his banker associates under that law. What were the opinions of Bhutto and Khan Abdul Qayyum about prime role of ISI!! What about the members of his election cell. Who kept blaming military and intelligence for not checking (well-known) activities of Mukti bahni and AL! What was the opinion of courts regarding the role of intelligence.
To cut the story,
will you add names of bhutto, GIK and later political PMs ( those who created a political cell in ISI and used it for political purposes ) and even the courts ---- among those who destroyed democracy. Revise your talking points a bit please.
Ok show audit report of CIA.CIA is audited as their budget is included in the national budget. Plus, CIA doesn't manipulate their own political system like ISI do. U.S did not have martial law since the country was formed. And no operations are not made public, but not without President's approval.
Khoti k lid USA ka first president aik Gen tha Gen George Washington. He was president uncontested for two termsCIA is audited as their budget is included in the national budget. ISI gets budget from same Defense expense section in National Budget. Armed forces also get from the same Defence expense section.I am not against accountability, but who would do this? Please add the facts that ZA Bhutto had begun training of Afghans and funding of religious groups in Kabul University after overthrow of Zahir Shah by Daud Khan--- in 1973. A Special military unit and a group in PM house was created for this purpose. Why Naseer ullah Babar was close to Bhutto! PPP was foremost opponent of NAP (wali khan etc)2. ISI trained Afghan Taliban to keep Communist savages from occupying Afghan doorstep and invading Pakistan like bloody surkhay.
The Afghan Taliban and RAW funded TTP factions are two different thingsPlease add the facts that ZA Bhutto had begun training of Afghans and funding of religious groups in Kabul University after overthrow of Zahir Shah by Daud Khan--- in 1973. IT IS NOT for blaming bhutto for doing some wrong. His response was right -
Daud had revolted with an open slogan of pukhtunistan; His first speech ( like that of trahki's first speech) promised for war with pak to liberate two provinces. Afghan trained and funded a Terrorist organization Pukhtun zalmey like mukti bahni; (Also an active militant group working in Pak was trained in USSR and in response China had one militant group in Afghanistan.) During Bhutto's years, Afghan led terrorist carried out 3000+ dhamaka and violence acts in NWFP,Punjab and sind, including bombing i Wapda house Lahore mall and bombing in Karachi for mass killing -
Such terrorism were to be responded, thus Bhutto and especially Khan Qayyum asked military, intelligence for action inside afghan and prepare for war. Also NAP+Mullas had led rebellions in Bajor, chitral and Dir and other areas using afghani agents. Also the story of Iraqi weapons provided Baluchistan government to carry out terrorism in Iran was true. Much later in 75, Iraq and Iran made agreement for ending of Iraqi interference and arm supply in Baluchistan and training in Afghanistan and in return Iran to do the same in Iraqi Kurd, this is an open agreement between two governments.
Before 77 elections, Daud had changed policy with the help of SA funds and negotiated to make a pact with Pakistan to end violence. Among three main election promises by Bhutto in 77, peace and end to violence with Afghanistan was the main point.
This is just to clarify - mujahid's training and the war was not by just to Zia's or US or west - pak response to USSR invasion was a very old openly stated policy (Even Bhutto, while in jail, had supported Gen. Zia - read a small book "Foreign Policy: New Dimensions" published in the name of benazir bhutto in 78 but was to state Bhutto's policy regarding War for pak FO).
Don't wish to go far - but there is long history of afghan-led terrorism and Pak response by helping similar-minded groups at least from the time of Liaqat Khan- if not much earlier if one includes British. So Neither ISI/army nor Pak nor US started terrorism in the region (afghan and USSR did and violence was their basic policy). Also ISI and Army fought first afghan war for US or west; that was a war for pak interests - that was a stated and clear policy of Pakistan and her politicians from the beginning. It was no accident that Benazir supported Taliban in 96r - that was a continuation of old Pak policy - maybe Taliban were bad but the other were truly terrorist and enemies of pak. However Musharraf's support of US reversed the old Pakistani policy with dire consequences.
CIA audit issue has been replied above.CIA is audited as their budget is included in the national budget. Plus, CIA doesn't manipulate their own political system like ISI do. U.S did not have martial law since the country was formed. And no operations are not made public, but not without President's approval.
Get ready for surprise from Pakistan in coming days and you will forgot everythingBangladesh??? So far it has managed to break Pakistan into two pieces.
