No, and even I dont think Malala shooting was a conspiracy but yes in both cases highlighting of the issue to this level is indeed a well planned and well executed.

Well in Malala's case we gave them the chance ourselves...and us calling it a conspiracy theory doesn't help anyone..

they are always looking for such chances and whenever they find they will try to exploit it. That was the case in Malala shooting, same for anne frank, They also tried to symbolize the death of an iranian female activist Neda Agha but they didn't have much success.
