پشاور…ہر ی پور سے رکن صوبائی اسمبلی یوسف ایوب کی ڈگری جعلی قراردے دی گئی ہے،ذرائع کے مطابق الیکشن کمیشن ٹربیونل نے یوسف ایوب کی ڈگری چیک کرانے کی ہدایت کی تھی،ڈگری تصدیق کیلئے ہائر ایجوکیشن کمیشن نے پنجاب یونیورسٹی کوبھجوائی تھی جہاں ڈگری کو جعلی قرار دے دیا گیا۔یوسف ایوب پی کے 50ہری پور2 سے تحریک انصاف کے امیدوار تھے،جبکہ وہ سابق صدر ایوب خان کے پوتے ہیں۔​

Strange. Because having a degree was no more a requirement in these elections then why are they verifying all this? Secondly how come not a single mna mpa of pmln has been caught with a fake degree after they won the elections. Saying all this, pti should still conduct intra party accountability and check whether his degree was really fake or not.

Seems like no political party did its homework before elections and gave tickets to electables who already had fake degree cases against them.

no one can check degrees .. but HEC becz Parties don't have that infrastructure plus in this election degree was not a requirement ... its good that ppl like these should be identify and kick out from PTI ... becz we need one party which have better ppl in it .. ALLAH is helping PTI by getting its house clean

ISLAMABAD: The degree of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa minister and Member of Provincial Assembly Yousaf Ayub has been declared fake, Geo News reported Tuesday.

Yousaf Ayub was the candidate of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) from PK-50 Haripur 2, and was elected as the member of provincial assembly after winning in the general elections of 2013.

The Higher Education Commission (HEC) had sent his degree to the Punjab University for verification, following the instructions from the Election Commission Tribunal.

After the verification, Yousaf Ayubs degree was declared fake.

I don't understand. Degree ki shart toh pichlay elections k liye thi. Aur ab tak mostly wohi log disqualify huway hai jinho ne pichlay elections may fake degree show kar k election lada tha. But is election k liye to degree ki koi shart nai thi. Phr yeh sab news kese arahi hai?

I would love to see a clean in all parties of fake degree holder but i want this point be cleared. Is it a rumor? Paid news? or what?

Many pmln mpa lost their seats due to fake degree but they dont come out and keep defending fake degree holders. It is just IK who attacked supreme court when Ayla Malik degree was found fake.

Nope Ayla Malik case is very strange.Her BA degree is ok but the record of her FA degree certificate not found thats y they called it fake...very strange student who create a fake certificate for FA but passed BA examination...and please correct your self Imran khan point out the election rigging not ayla malik case in SC...Imran khan said *shramnak" for RO not for Examination controllers...

Those who had contested in 2008 or 2002 elections and then contested again in 2013, their eligibility was challenged on the grounds that they had lied in 2008/2002 elections by claiming to be graduates when they were not. Now the fake degree holders among these people are being disqualified because of lying on their nomination papers, not because of having fake degree.

Actually Ayla Malik's (as well as PMLN's Sumera Malik's) Bachelors degrees are still under questions as these were obtained from Russia while there is no record of their actually going to Russia.

PMLN has perhaps one of the highest number of MNAs/MPAs disqualified due to fake degree.

As for degree not being a requirement, these people are being disqualified not for being non-graduates but for lying about their educational qualifications in nomination papers for previous elections.

We should all be happy with the clean up process. But happiness won't last for long because this time around we have more illiterate or matric pass people as our leaders because the lawmakers had lifted the law making a bachelor degree mandatory. I guess they should have instead strengthened the degree checking process rather than eliminating that law.

I dont get it. Why would someone produce a fake degree jab pata hai ke degree ki zaroorat hi nahi hai .. .you dont have to be a graduate to be Member of parliament.

Election Tribunal is working against PTI

It seems that Election tribunal is struggling to topple PTI govt in KPK. Only Provincial members of PTI are under target.They decalred fake degree for Yousif Ayub,Raja zaman already.
They are diving decision against PTI only.In punjab,they target Ch.Sarwer,Ayla malik already.
here are others? Fazloo,Lutfu-Rehman,Atta-ur-rehman, and hundrads of more are not focused.Is SC also want to topple KPK govt?
