حضرت عائشہ(رضی اللہ تعالی عنا) روایت کرتی ہیں کے نبی(صلى الله عليه واله وسلم) نے فرمایا.ایک چوتھائی دینار یا اس سے زائد چیز کی چوری پر ہاتھ کاٹ دیئے جانے چاہیں.

I don t know weather you did it intentionally or un intentionally . . . . But what was the need to paste the photo of this bloody hand with it . . . . are you trying to create people hatred against this Hadees and the Shariah law . . . .

I could not understand your objective of the post but yes Hazrat Umar (R.A.) punished his son while he was the caliph.

Moreover, there is description about the punishment of killing/murder in Qura'an.

and last thing, we have to implement the rules of Allah whether we like it or not, yes the order of implementation of those laws could be different means first you implement the Islamic system of social justice and then you implement these laws of sentence or vice versa.

This law should be applied after a successfull application of Khulfa e Rashedeen's Law and order. We cant just put one or two laws or laws such is this when there is even no justice and law in not same for every person.
