Agar government yeh 1000 rupees bajae logo ko dene k is k zaryeh mehangai per control karti toh jis k ghar ka kharch 12000 hota woh 6000 hojata aur is tarah logo ko 6000 ka munafa hota bajae 1000 rupees k. Magar woh aesa kyu kartay kyu k aesa karnay say log bashaoor hojatay aur educated bhi hojatay(kyu k kamai may jo bach jata os say apnay bacho ko parhatay).
Inhay toh aesi kaum banani thi jo hukumat k is 1000 k liye(aur illetrate honay ki waja say kam aqal raknay ki waja say) PPP ko phr say vote deti. Jesa k bilawal k akhri speech may os ne aelan kiya k yeh rakam 1000 rupees say barha kar 2000 rupees kar dega. Lakin aese may mehangai 12000 per month kharch say 20,000 per month tak bhi chali jae toh inhay kia parwa.

PPP will rise again with more power... you will see...
with 18th Amendment PPP did the main thing which none of government was able to do that... PPP gave rights & power to concerned provinces... like Natural resources has declared the right of provinces...
as I PPP support I am proud that ppp gave rights to all...
you will see the results of this...:)
as i I said in earlier message on another thread... Punjab only producing 5 % Natural Gas so NO Sui gas for Punjab for next couple of years unless Punjab buy it from Iran or some other country...
Hopefull Kashmir will also get his rights, like much of Electricity is producing by Mangla Dam, so it should be for Kashmir not for others... Hope fully Kashmiries will fight for their rights and snatch it from Punjab
same with KPK they also gets their rights... now they need to protect and snatch those rights form Punjab
so haq dar ko haq diya hai.. ab in provinces ka faraz hai keh woh unit ho ker apna haq cheenney na dey Punjab ko...
I hope South Punjab will also do the same and protect his cotton and other resources....

I always liked ur comments, because u always ur graceful language. sorry to say most of PTI's supports language.....
I must say IK's language in Jalsas like "Lye nawaz shareef phenta laga du ga" didn't liked by silent majority.
Yes, PP made some mistakes, and we do accountability on that and formalize best and better strategy.
PPP needs to concentrate on media, because 50% impact was due to media...

many factors who caused the defeat.
I think some non elected peoples like Dr Asim, Rehman Mailk, Hafeez Sheikh etc who didn't elected directly in general elections, they didn't perform well.
more Zardari's Image was also bad despite the fact after 11 year trial in Jail court unable to prove anything.
I personally think PPP didn't do good on Media level. Didn't answer the propaganda well. now a days you can win 50% just on media by propoganda.
with mistakes PPP did many many good things.
Like Energy crises were not only due to PPP (yes, PPP didn't do it's best here) but they tried good.
Paksitan has around 13000-15000MW capacity of producing electricity. In previous PPP tenure they managed to deliver arond 3000-3500MW which is 25 % of total Electricity producing currently.
In 1997 to 2008 almost nil electricty project developed.
Lot of IPP's were installed in 1993-1996. Hub co, and ther coal project were also cancelled by Nawaz sharif.
May be you know that on Cancellation of ther coal project Gorden Wo of Hongkong went to court and Pakistani Governemnt gave 20 million US dollar to settled the matter.
Gas crises in Punjab, KPK was another reason. But after 18th Amendment Punjab will suffer with Gas crises in future as well. my be more worst. but PPP didn't deliver to Punjab's common people that they demanding what is not belongs to them.
Performances of PPP's PM's were not up to mark and concentrated to do local development work rather then going with projects on provincial or national level.
poor election campaign was another reason.

Sorry to say brother. But BISP is a flop idea. half of its money never even reaches the people(note that even if it reaches the people 100% even then i don't consider it a valid idea).
I am of the view that it could have been utilized in many ways such as.
-Subsidizing the Petrol. As a result the petrol prices could have been reduced from 10 to 20 rupees per litre. We all know that how the daily life commodities are linked to petrol prices. The prices of petrol go up and the prices of daily life commodities also go up. So subsidizing only petrol may have reduced their prices and as a result may have reduced the expenditure of common people.
-It could have been used to create dams and other energy sources. Now we know that there is around 5000 megawatts shortage due to which around 10 hours of load shedding is done daily. Now if they had added at least 2000 to 3000 megawatts the load shedding may have been reduced to 5 to 6 hours making the people to earn more from their daily jobs(people whose business depends on electricity).
-It could have been used as skill development of the poor people to enable them to earn for themselves rather than depend on this money every month and be a burden on the treasury.

I agree with you partially to utilize some of BISP money to reduce the electricity shortage.
but why not increase the tariff because each month Pakistan is giving billions of Rs subsidy on electricity. If peoples wants to use electricity they have to pay. More line losses are way to high, and many of government institutes don't pay their bills.
But in the mean time I also supports BISP because it leads Paksitan towards social welfare state. I myself live in Social Welfare state and I know it's really good system. BISP also good system not ideal but can improve it. like BISP also used to give interest free loans, which is really good. Bangladesh did the same and they gave interest free or with very low interest rate loans to peoples.
BISP should need to extend and make it more transparent.

Yes, of course it works but in countries which don't have other problems. If you know that you can reduce the expenditure of people upto rupees 3000 rupees by subsidizing petrol but even then you go for the other method i.e giving them 1000 rupees per month rather than subsidizing petrol which gives them 3000 benefit then your strategy is flawed.
If you know that you can increase the earning capacity of a person by 3000 rupees by reducing the electricity shortfall but you instead give them 1000 and don't use the other method which is more beneficial then your strategy is flawed.
If you know that you can use this money to enable people to earn from themselves rather than keeping them dependent on the government for life then your strategy is flawed.
Of course these benefits can be given in an environment where you are doing all the three things above and still you got some money to distribute among the masses. But in a current scenario they should be moving towards the more beneficial methods because they have limited resources.
