His PB is 90.18 meters. While the Indian Chopra has his PB at 89.94,. Arshad is capable of throwing further than Chopra, who is World No. 2 and reigning Olympic Champion.

The results from the qualification round.

Arshed Nadeem of Pakistan threw 86.59 meters in his first attempt to make the Paris 2024 final. Nadeem finished second to Neeraj at the 2023 World Championships and is the reigning Commonwealth Games champion.

At the Stade de France, Neeraj produced a monster 89.34-meter throw in his very first attempt to breach the direct qualification standard of 84 meters. It was the second-best throw of the reigning world champion’s career.

Chopra has already thrown close to his personal best in the qualification.
While Arshad has plenty in the tank to get to 90+ which could get him a Gold Medal, Inshallah.
