There should be legislation for courts dedicated to such heinous crimes! Make a SVU special victims unit and prosecute rapidly within weeks. Minimum punishment should start with 25 years imprisonment and fines of 99 lakhs.
SVU should be made another dept like ANF and whole country should be their jurisdiction.
I can donate all the forensic lab expenses but Govt is busy in Riyasat e madina.

I agree no doubt pmln was corrupt and incompetent but this issue is quite old & pti should have had solid plans to deal with such a sensitive issue.

Govt is too incompetent & unwilling to take these steps. But good suggestion.
