In their first govt, most damage done to Taliban was due to Jamat-e-Islami, JUIF and parties like these , who made them look like Savages. Whereas, reality was quite different.

they weren't better earlier, but this time, with the rise of social media and info tools, they can manage their govt better and can show their actual govt to every one.
BTW, most of the commanders are highly educated (before and now) and have educated families. and they know, what education means. but they don't want it as America dictates.
They will prosper, but women will be in scarfs. man will have to keep there savage feelings under control or pay the price.
