the gist of it is that ISI chiefs were spared summons by US courts in mumbai case caz they came to an agreement with US after the raymond davis case

doesn't look like a reliable article......it is very much doubtful if a govt. agency can influence the independent US court if it wants to issue summons........its a different matter isi is not bound to appear there......

I just said it is doubtful.....that US court can be influenced this way........it was not a definite statement........
