Seems like NS is on your nerves......There are two notorious figures in Pakistan History when It comes to fall of Dhaka. One is Mr. Niazi and the other is Yehya Khan , the Zun Mureed. Niazi could have just been the same as Yehya .

Ayub Khan made dams because US wanted him to expand electricity in Pakistan so GE, Phillips and other American companies can sale their electric equipment and products to Pakistan. In the same time period, dams were made by US in South America and many other countries as well to create demand for American companies.
