Many people are in favor of creating more provinces but there is no political will.Pakistani politicians do not understand the concept of devolution.They are used to concentration of power.Three new provinces should be created in Punjab namely South Punjab,Saraikistan and Pothoharistan.Hazara province should be created from KPK,Sindh and Baluchistan should be split into two or three provinces each.This will help to run these provinces more efficiently.It will make the federation strong since people from these provinces will responsible for the administration and will not be able to blame others lack of development .
