روس میں اسلامک بینکنگ کے آغاز کا اعلان کردیا گیا ہےجس کے بعد خطے کے مسلمانوں میں خوشی کی لہر دوڑ گئی ہے۔

غیر ملکی خبررساں ادارے کی رپورٹ کے مطابق روس نے یکم ستمبر سے اسلامی بینکنگ کے آغاز کا اعلان کردیا ہے، روسی انتظامیہ کے اس فیصلے کو خطے کی مسلم بزنس کمیونٹی نے خوب سراہا ہے۔

میڈیا رپورٹس کے مطابق ابتدائی طور پر اسلامی بینکنگ کا نظام مسلم اکثیریتی ریاستوں چیچنیا، باشکورتوستان، داغستان اور تاتارستان میں نافذ کیا جائے گا، نظام کی کامیابی کی صورت میں اسے ملک کی دیگر ریاستوں تک توسیع دیدی جائے گی۔

خیال رہے کہ روس میں مسلم کمیونٹی کافی عرصے سے اسلامی بینکنگ کی سہولت کا مطالبہ کررہی تھی، روسی صدر پیوٹن کو یوکرین جنگ کے بعد اقتصادی شعبے پر آنے والے دباؤکے اسلامی بینکنگ کے آغاز پر مجبور کیا جس کے بعد 4 اگست کو صدر ولادیمر پیوٹن نے اسلامی بینکنگ سے متعلق قانون پر دستخط کیے تھے۔
