This happens because when he was caught with his pants down on national TV in a fixed interview instead of shunning that media outlet and ostracizing those two hacks, acting as anchors, we are still watching their shows - albeit same $h!t on a different channel. This fraudia cons us because we let him do it and get away with it. Basically inviting him to try his cons with more brazenness every time. It is very evident that he is a shameless character but what does it say about us as a society?

This is our national tragedy in 1980 when Jia was in power billion of rupees frauds was done by fake investemt companies, they get away, this is happening again and again no one take notice. I wonder do we ever have a government, no institution cares or take notice of such crimes. What a shame.

If you look at it these shady characters have the same supporting cast - corrupt members of the military establishment, corrupt politicians, corrupt bureaucrats/police-officers/immigration-officers and corrupt media personalities and to top it all off they get patronage and a hearty welcome in our brotherly country known as UAE. This same movie is produced and shown after every few years in our country.
If you look at it these shady characters have the same supporting cast - corrupt members of the military establishment, corrupt politicians, corrupt bureaucrats/police-officers/immigration-officers and corrupt media personalities and to top it all off they get patronage and a hearty welcome in our brotherly country known as UAE. This same movie is produced and shown after every few years in our country.

Very well said bro.. Infact, we have made heros out of those anchors now.. For example, Mubashir Lucman was the main culprit, but our PTI folks share every comment from him that is against the common enemy which is N-league. While we all hate N-League, but in this case we have become selfish enough to like every person that criticizes them without realizing his own worth.
As a society we should have done a social boycott of these anchors and this man, as they tried to deamonize the best instutition in pakistan...
But then again, this is pakistan... Yahan sab chalta hai!

GEO TV start that news about 45 billion investment in start and also Jang news give reporting on this scam. You can give money to GEO Tv and can ask them to please put on air this story they will do that. As it is channel which they open after millions of Rupees investment. I think its just simple business GEO tv are doing. I dont hink its corruption it is there right right to earn money. Any body can buy its news time.

Ideally we should just pay attention to whats being said and not to who is saying it. But I always say that in Pakistan one has to pay attention to whats being said, who is saying it, why is it being said, whats the context, whats the background, whats the history of the person saying it etc etc :)

Riaz Thakedaar is a front man of Zardari, Nawaz and Pervaiz Ellahi. He rightly beleive that he can purchase everyone in Pakistan but exceptions are always their. If he would have signed MOU for construction of Indus dam or world largest power house in Pakistan, it would have made some sense. However, by constructing world tallest building with imported steel, imported raw materials etc. in a power deficent country is only a drama baazee which Riaz Thakedaar is capable of doing.
