First of all, government needs to look towards itself. Why didn’t government file appeal in SC against the verdict of LHC? In Shehbaz’s case, LHC again ordered to remove his name from blacklist and let him go abroad. Government didn’t allow him to travel abroad. Rather , it filed appeal in SC.کیوں عدلیہ مر گئی ہے کیا جس نے خود اسے باہر جانے کی اجازت دی تھی؟ ان کے بارے میں کیا خیال ہے؟

SC to take up govt’s appeal against LHC decision on 25th
Ministry says judge was not justified while allowing Shehbaz to go abroad without summoning the record.

What happened then? SS couldn’t go abroad and LHC couldn’t pluck a hair of government for that ‘apparent contempt of court’.
Why SC wasn’t called for rescue/guidance in Nawaz’s case? The answer is that this was deliberately done. Reason is any of the two. Either government got afraid that if Nawaz died in Pakistan, they will be held responsible. Or, there was pressure from GHQ to let Nawaz go and not to take matter to SC.
Let’s assume that both LHC and IHC are favoring Sharif family ( Maryam is on indefinite bail in Ramzan Sugar Mills case and also on indefinite bail in Al Azizia reference due to her appeal pending before IHC). What is stopping government to file an application in IHC for expedited hearing of Maryam’s appeal so that either she goes back to jail or, if acquitted, government can then file appeal in SC? My feeling is that she is being deliberately kept out of prison at the pressure of certain powerful quarters. There is a minimum-level of understanding between establishment and Sharif clan. Maryam’s roaming freely and Nawaz’s going abroad is part of that ‘understanding’.
