خیبرپختونخوا اسمبلی میں حکومت اور اپوزیشن میں قبائلی اضلاع میں فوجی آپریشن کی مخالفت پر ایک پیج پر آگئے ہیں۔

خیبرپختونخوا اسمبلی میں کل ہونے والی بحث کے دوران حکومت اور اپوزیشن نے قبائلی اضلاع میں ممکنہ فوجی آپریشن کی مخالفت کا اعلان کیا ہے۔ ارکان اسمبلی نے اس بات پر زور دیا کہ وہ قبائلی علاقوں میں کسی بھی جدید آپریشن کو تسلیم نہیں کریں گے۔

اجلاس کے دوران حکومت کے ارکان نے واضح کیا کہ ایسے آپریشن کا فیصلہ صرف خیبر پختونخوا حکومت اور وزیر اعلیٰ کریں گے۔ اس موقع پر اسپیکر اسمبلی نے اس بات کا بھی ذکر کیا کہ خیبرپختونخوا اسمبلی میں اٹھائے گئے سوالات اہم ہیں، اور انہوں نے اس بات پر افسوس کا اظہار کیا کہ گزشتہ دو دہائیوں میں اس صوبے میں متعدد آپریشن ہو چکے ہیں، جس کے نتیجے میں لوگوں کا انخلا اور آباد کاری کے مسائل پیدا ہوئے۔

اسپیکر نے یہ بھی کہا کہ موجودہ حالات میں فوج اور منتخب نمائندوں کے درمیان اعتماد کا فقدان ہے۔ انہوں نے آئی جی خیبرپختونخوا کو طلب کرنے کا فیصلہ کیا تاکہ وہ اپوزیشن لیڈر اور اسمبلی کے دیگر ارکان کو بریفنگ فراہم کر سکیں۔

اسپیکر نے مزید کہا کہ آئندہ مرحلے میں کور کمانڈر کو بھی امن و امان کی صورت حال پر بریفنگ کے لیے بلانے کا عندیہ دیا۔ اس واقعے نے اسمبلی کے اندر اور باہر امن و امان کی صورتحال کے بارے میں تشویش کو بڑھا دیا ہے، اور اس کے اثرات آئندہ کے فیصلوں پر بھی پڑ سکتے ہیں۔​
